It was a decent option for resting at all in Fes with good value for money. The blanket I had looked well-used but comfy enough for my stay. Make sure to check the TV setup in advance to avoid any issues.

Strongly recommend for a city trip
Comfortable room, modern amenities, the staff was helpful in arranging a special birthday cake for my wife, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food quality was inconsistent, with several dishes served lukewarm.

The room key malfunctioned several times and required multiple trips to reception. The door handle was broken from the inside. Limited dining options at the on-site Italian restaurant led to overpriced dishes and inadequate portions.

During my stay, I appreciated the modern decor and spacious layout of the Barcelo Fes Medina. The contemporary furnishings and ample lighting made the common areas welcoming and easy to navigate, which was great for a senior like me.
Improved menu options for seniors would be beneficial.

During my recent stay at the Barcelo Fes Medina, I really appreciated the modern decor and the spacious layout of the hotel. The common areas felt welcoming and were easy to navigate, especially for someone who values accessibility. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great city view. The bed was firm and luxurious, providing a great night's sleep. However, the breakfast options left some room for improvement. I found the omelettes I ordered overcooked, and some days the coffee quality was disappointing. On a couple of occasions, I noticed the staff seemed disengaged and there weren't enough cups available. Maintenance also needs attention. I reported a leaking tap that wasn't fixed by the end of my stay. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed my time there, especially the friendly front desk staff. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Still, I recommend enhancing the breakfast menu and improving staff attentiveness for a better experience.

Recommend it for families traveling
Let me tell you about the restaurant, it was a hit! The staff was on point, and the food choices were vast, I found myself really enjoying those delicious pizzas they had. Plus, the check-in was fast, thanks to this guy named Hassan, really smooth despite the chaos. The kids loved it and we felt well taken care of.
It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable.

A Memorable Stay with Outstanding Service
I had a fantastic experience during my 4-night stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and dining was a joy. Miss Kaoutar's warm service in the restaurant made my evenings special, especially our discussions about Bollywood. A cozy hotel with exceptional hospitality!

The room was nice and big, and the bed was super comfy. I liked the modern vibe and everything felt clean. The fridge and safe were handy too. Just a bit odd that there weren't any duvet covers, only a blanket that looked well-used. Also, the TV barely worked, which was a letdown.
